You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian or authorized school representative to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself, your institution, or any minor student whose data you manage.

2. Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • Notifications: Notify us immediately at support@lmsiq.in if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
You may not:

  • Upload or share harmful, obscene, or infringing content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscription & Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Fees are stated on our website or as agreed with your institution.

  • Billing: Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to the plan terms.

  • No Refunds: Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and documentation on LMS IQ are the property of the Company or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Data Protection & Student Information

If you are a school or institution:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all student/parent data shared with LMS IQ complies with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or India’s DPDP Act, where applicable).

  • You must obtain any required parental or guardian consents for student data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LMS IQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as data loss, system downtime, or loss of profits).

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external services.

12. Changes to Terms
