Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best service to our partner schools and institutions. If you are not fully satisfied with your subscription, please review our refund and cancellation terms:

  1. Full Refund Window:

    • A school may request a cancellation within 7 days of making a subscription payment to receive a full refund.

    • Requests must be submitted by the school’s authorized administrator to support@lmsiq.in or through the official LMS IQ admin portal.

  2. Processing Time:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  3. Beyond 7 Days:

    • No refunds are available after the 7-day period. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.

  4. Trial Period:

    • Free trial accounts are not eligible for refunds, but can be cancelled at any time without charge.
